- How do I know my nail size?
Please check out our 'Sizing' highlight on how to measure nails when ordering. Nail sizing kits are available for purchase. Kits are $3 and will be shipped same day/ next day of purchase date. Once you get your sizes, go ahead and DM us with your sizes from thumb to pinky.
- When will I get my order?
Orders (unless stated differently) are made to order. Therefore, sets take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped. Shipping is about 3-5 days depending on where you are located.
For orders needing a nail sizing kit, kits will be shipped out same day/ next day from when order is placed.
- How do I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not currently being offered. If a nail is broken upon delivery, please contact us through our IG with a screenshot of the product and confirmation no more than 48 hours from delivery date.
All orders will contain a tracking number, therefore once shipped we are not responsible for any lost or missing orders.
- Can I order a custom set?
Yes, custom orders are available to order. Please DM us on our Instagram and we can assist you on your custom order.
